Located in the heart of Kos Island, Kâselisi is a refined Mediterranean dining experience created for those who appreciate shared tables, authentic flavors, and unforgettable evenings.

At Kâselisi, we believe great food is meant to be enjoyed slowly and together. Our kitchen draws inspiration from Turkish and Greek meze traditions, carefully reinterpreted with a modern touch. Each plate is thoughtfully crafted using fresh, seasonal ingredients, celebrating the harmony of land, sea, and heritage.

to honor the authentic meze culture of the Aegean while presenting it in a refined, contemporary way. Rooted in Turkish meyhane traditions and enriched by Greek island flavors, our menu reflects centuries of shared culinary heritage. Every dish is designed to be enjoyed together — slowly, joyfully, and without rush.

 

Opening first on Kos Island, Kâselisi is the beginning of a Mediterranean journey that will continue across iconic coastal destinations.

The chef’s words

“Cooking, for me, is about respect — respect for ingredients, for tradition, and for the people who gather around the table.

Our plates are designed to be shared, our flavors meant to linger, and our tables created for connection. I hope that every guest who dines with us feels not only satisfied, but truly welcomed — as if they were sitting at our own family table.”

I have had the privilege of working in some of the finest kitchens. These experiences have shaped my skills and allowed me to push the boundaries of flavor and presentation.
